April 19, 2005 – Annapolis Water District

¨ Darren opened the meeting at 9:14am.

¨ PENDING PROGRAMS

• Workplace Violence –Dan handed out a draft of the guidelines. The committee reviewed it and provided feedback. Dan will revise it and bring an updated draft to the next meeting.
• Confined Space – Tabled until May.

¨ VIDEOS

• Watched Violence in the Workplace by AWWA. The video fits well with our industry and the committee agreed that this should be added to the Pool Video Library.

¨ ROUNDTABLE

• Discussed the role of the Samaritan Law as it pertains to district employees. Dan will locate the law and email it to the committee to review.
• Dan will contact Sammamish Plateau Water & Sewer District and find out if they have a replacement for Dean on the SORT Committee.

¨ The meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.

¨ The next meeting is May 17^th at Ronald Wastewater District.
