Clint opened the meeting
at 9:05am. Clint is covering for Robert
who is on vacation.

LAST MONTH”S PROGRAMS

Chlorine Safety – Final draft approved and ready to print.
·
Lockout/Tagout – Tabled until Robert returns.
·
Hazard Communication – Tabled until Robert returns.
·
Meter Reader – Kurt will add final changes and bring back for
review.

POOL REPRESENTATIVE
· SORT Report – Dan showed a draft of the SORT Report that is ready to print. This issue will go out the end of June.
· July Meeting – Dan confirmed that next month’s meeting is moved to the 17th.
¨
Kurt gave the committee a tour of district’s facilities and equipment.
¨
Woodinville Water has an Automatic
External Defibrillator (AED) for use in emergencies.
Kurt described how it works and the policy the district has in place for
medical emergencies.

VIDEO REVIEW

Pool 33: The Five S’s
of Excavation Safety – Information is
still current and useful for districts.
Recommend keeping.
·
Pool 39: Slips, Trips
and Falls – Very well made video.
Still current. Recommend keeping.
·
Pool 43: Drop, Cover
and Hold in the Workplace – Even
though video is old the information is still current. Recommend keeping.

ROUNDTABLE
- Committee discussed making safety videos in
house.
- Also reviewed the findings of an ergonomics study
conducted by local utility districts.
