¨ Kurt opened the meeting at 9:06am. Josh introduced himself as the new SORT representative from King County Water District #90.

· Jobsite Communications – Committee reviewed changes. Kurt will forward to Pool for printing.

· Safety Responsibilities –– Committee reviewed changes. Keith [ko1] will update and forward to committee for review.

¨ REVIEW OF NEW PROGRAMS

· Fall Protection – Committee proposed changes. Keith will bring back in September for review.

· Asbestos – Committee proposed changes. Robert and Dan will bring back in September for review.

· Lab Safety – Robert passed out a draft to review. Committee will look over and come back in September with comments.

The committee discussed the relevance of the lab safety program. It only applies to districts that have laboratories.
