S.O.R.T. MEETING MINUTES

November 13 – Olympic View Water & Sewer District

¨ Robert opened the meeting at 9:07am. John Tadlock was introduced as Clint’s replacement on SORT from Sammamish Plateau.

¨ LAST MONTH”S PROGRAMS

· Hazard Communication – Members provided comments. They will be incorporated into the final draft that will go to the Pool for publishing.

· Lockout/Tagout – Members provided comments. They will be incorporated into the final draft that will go to the Pool for publishing.

¨ REVIEW OF NEW PROGRAMS

• Construction Equipment Safety – Members reviewed this program and will provide Darin with feedback. He will bring a revised draft back to the committee next meeting.

¨ VIDEO REVIEW

There were no videos to review.

¨ POOL REPRESENTATIVE

· Program Review – Dan distributed an updated list of programs. Members filled in the gaps of programs that needed to be assigned.

· 2003 Training – Solidified the training schedule for 2003. Dan will lock in trainers, dates and locations.

· Chair/Vice-Chair Elections – Members present voted Kurt as Chair and Darin as Vice-Chair. Their duties start in January.

¨ ROUNDTABLE

• Members handed out information on safety topics.

¨ The meeting adjourned at 3:25 p.m.

¨ The next meeting will be December 18^th at Manchester.
